The Stinger DS LED includes a second independent, easy-to-locate tactical tailcap switch in addition to its multi-function, head-mounted pushbutton switch, and both switches offer full feature control independent of each other.

This version of the Stinger DS LED (model 75810) comes without a charger. Streamlight offers a number of optional accessories to enhance the Stinger DS LED flashlight, including AC and DC fast chargers, safety wands, a ring holder, holster, color filters, and a Piggy-Back charger that allows for simultaneous charging of light and battery.

The Stinger DS LED shines up to 17,000 candela (peak beam intensity) of light output, and the 3-cell, 3.6-volt rechargeable nickel-cadmium battery provides up to 2 hours of run time on the high setting (180 lumens). Additionally, its strobe mode can operate for up to 5.5 continuous hours.

It's constructed of 6000 series machined aircraft aluminum with a non-slip rubberized comfort grip and an anti-roll rubber ring. The O-ring sealed is made from unbreakable polycarbonate with a scratch-resistant coating. This flashlight's IPX4-rated design is water resistant. The Stinger DS LED measures 8.41 inches long with a 1.17-inch barrel diameter and 1.62-inch major diameter, and it weighs 12.4 ounces with battery.

Streamlight's C4 LED Technology

Basic LEDs provide a number of significant advantages, including significantly longer run time, an almost infinite life, and amazing durability since there is no glass or filament. A downside to basic LED bulbs is that they're not especially bright, but Streamlight has tackled that problem with its C4 LED technology.

Producing a brighter, more powerful, blinding light than any LED that's come before, the Streamlight-engineered reflector with C4 Photonic Crystal technology almost triples the brightness and creates an intense beam that pierces the darkness. With C4 LED technology, your Streamlight flashlight will approximate the range and brightness of a xenon bulb. You'll also enjoy the long-run times and indestructibility of an LED with an increased level of brightness that leaves basic LEDs in the dark.

Warranty

This flashlight is warranted to be free of defect for a lifetime of use. Streamlight will repair, replace or refund the purchase price, at its option, of any Streamlight product that does not work or that you manage to break for as long as you own it. This limited lifetime warranty excludes abuse, batteries, chargers, switches and electronics. Rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches, and electronics have a two-year limited warranty with proof of purchase.
