i am a consistent and frequent customer of amazon LLC. I choose these streamlight cr123a batteries because they were rated very high and because of the long shelve life. (close to 10 years!) amazon sent me out expired batteries that are close to 10 years old.(there is a small date stamp on the back of each battery that shows expiration) i tried to find a customer service contact, e mail phone, number and was unsuccessful. i tried to return and or exchange the batteries for items that were fresh. my request was rejected. apparently amazon classifies batteries as hazardous. amazon will cheerfully ship out expired merchandise and handle hazardous materials as long as they are expired but can not be reached and policy prohibits them to be returned or exchanged for any reason. My relationship with amazon is based upon a mutual contract and agreement. I show good faith and pay up front for a NEW item as described and i expect to receive a product that functions to capacity. I feel rooked by the big amazon machine. this was a poor value. where is their integrity? at least with e bay i have recourse.

This price was too good to be true! 1/3 of these barely put out 1v. The others still won't fully power my tactical flashlight. Looks like I will be buying these locally from now on.
