I have had this for 8-months and it still works well (even after some drops on concrete at the range). I had a Fenix LD20Fenix LD 20 6 Level High Performance Cree LED Flashlight, Black (180 Lumens) for about 2-month and got rid of it. The "Tiger Ring" on the TL-2 is a GREAT idea that makes the flashlight that much better. A tip of the hat to Clint Smith and Streamlight for the design. The ring works like advertised and the DVD is full of good information. I also have an Insight HX150HX150, Black, 2 Cell that I wish had a better lanyard system or better still the "Tiger Ring". On the downside the TL-2 does not have a strobe function. All in all I would recommend this LED flashlight.
